  Removal method: Is the remote controller temperature set at normal temperature? Wait for 10 minutes to sit. If there is no heat, please unplug the resistance of the two ends of the measuring tank heating wire to about 92 ohms, and then check whether there is a resistance of about 92 ohms at both ends of the heating tube. If there is no resistance, the fuse is broken, and the temperature sensor is measured. The resistance of the terminal (25K~80K) is normal. If they are normal, the computer board is damaged. For example, if the water tank is changed, it is normal to check it. If the water is heated all the time, the computer board is damaged.
3) Failure phenomenon: the seat temperature is not heated (other normal)
   Inspection part (remote control, seat heating wire, temperature sensor, computer board, connector)
Remedy: Use the remote control to set the heating status (wait for 10 minutes to sit). If there is no heating, please unplug the seat heating wire and measure the resistance at both ends to about 960+/-50 ohms. If there is no open heating wire, if the temperature is measured The resistance (5K~15K) at both ends of the sensor is normal. Is the connector in good contact? If normal, the computer board is broken. If you change the seat ring, check whether it is normal after the change. If the seat ring is heated all the time, the computer board is damaged and you need to change it together.
4) Failure phenomenon: the air temperature is not hot (other normal)
   Inspection part: (drying device, computer board)
Removal method: measure whether there is 89 +/- 4 ohm resistance at both ends of the drying wire frame. If there is no resistance, the drying device will be damaged. If yes, press the dry button after measuring the correct seating to measure whether there is 220V voltage at both ends of the heating wire frame socket, such as Without voltage, the computer board is broken. If you change the drying device, you should carefully check the computer board. Remarks: If the short circuit between the motor slots sometimes causes the heating wire frame to open due to the increased load and the slow speed, it will also cause the scorching phenomenon of the computer board D882. At that time, please say that the computer board and the drying device are replaced at the same time.
5) Failure phenomenon: no deodorization (other normal)

   Elimination method: After confirming the correct seating, use a multimeter to measure the deodorizing fan socket with a DC 20V file. There should be a 12V voltage. If the fan is broken, if there is no computer board damaged
6) Trouble phenomenon: When no one is seated, press the buttocks, only for women, drying can work, but nozzle cleaning and lighting does not work
   Inspection part: (seat ring, computer board)
Remedy: Use a soft soft cloth to clean the right side of the seat ring 20CM away from the front. If it is not normal, it means that the seat sensor is always on. Change the seat ring. If type Ⅱ, check whether the six-wire port is in good contact. .
7) Trouble phenomenon: Press the buttocks when seated, female only, drying does not work, and nozzle cleaning and lighting work normally

  Removal method: Use a soft soft cloth that is not dry to place the sensor directly above the sensor with a multimeter branch of 20V. If there is 5V, the sensor is broken (change the seat ring) or the connector is bad. If 0V, the computer board is broken.
8) Trouble phenomenon: The low-light lamp keeps flashing (more than 90S)
  Inspection part: (water tank dry reed pipe, solenoid valve, upper cover is in contact with the installation bar, transformer, computer board, ceramic inner water pipe)
Remedy: first see if there is water overflowing from the nozzle, if there is, check whether the reed switch is connected, if there is no water overflow, then see if the water pressure of the customer’s home is greater than 0.4mpa, if it is greater, use a multimeter to measure the two ends of the solenoid valve No DC 12V voltage? If not, check whether there is AC output at the secondary pole of the transformer. If it is normal, the computer board is broken. If there is, the resistance value at both ends of the unplugged solenoid valve should be about 30 ohms. If not, the whole machine has poor contact with the installation bar, such as If yes, the solenoid valve is smothered or the filter is blocked. If the sound of water flow is heard, the ceramic inner water pipe may be broken.
9) Failure phenomenon: water temperature is too high alarm (buzzer continuously called low-light lamp does not flash)
   Inspection part: (magnetic temperature sensitive switch, temperature sensor, computer board)
Remedy: Unscrew the drain bolt and feel whether the water temperature exceeds 45°C by hand. You can determine whether the temperature-sensitive switch is good or bad. After re-entering the water, turn off the water temperature heating with the remote control. Check whether the heating plug in the measuring water tank has a 220V voltage. The computer board is broken, if the resistance value of the water temperature sensor is not normal, if it is not normal, change the water temperature sensor (sometimes 3062 on the computer board will sometimes be turned on and sometimes not turned on, causing the water temperature to be too high, then change the computer board)
10) Failure phenomenon: stepper motor alarm (5 beeps every 3 seconds to cut off the strong current)
   Inspection part: (panel, washer, transformer)
Remedy: first unplug the panel to see if it is normal, if it is normal, the panel is short-circuited, if the phenomenon still checks the cleaner, if the optocoupler line is unplugged, the cleaner is bad, if it is not normal, check whether the secondary output voltage of the transformer is Normal, if not normal, the transformer is broken.

   Elimination method: A stepper motor keeps turning, unplug the optocoupler, if it stops rotating, the optocoupler board is damaged or damp, if it still rotates, the computer board is damaged. B. The stepper motor does not rotate. Unplug the stepper motor plug and the resistance of the other wires should be about 30 ohms. If it is normal, use a multimeter to measure whether the secondary pole of the transformer has an AC 9V output. If it is normal, the computer board is damaged. .
16) Failure phenomenon: leakage alarm (continuous buzzer, continuous low-light flashing)
   Inspection part: (water tank, computer board, strong electrical connection, leakage protection plug, water leakage from the washer)
Remedy: first see if there is any water leakage. If it is resolved, if the water tank heating cable is not unplugged and re-opened, the water tank heating pipe insulation is not good if normal, if the failure is still the computer class is broken, if the leakage alarm is suddenly stopped during the water spray process If it is not water leakage, adjust the installation bar.
17) Failure phenomenon: water discharge motor does not return to zero alarm (5 beeps every 3 seconds, low-light lamp flashes 5 times)

Remedy: first see if the magnet on the cam corresponds to the Hall. If it does not correspond to measure whether the drain motor plug has a DC 12V voltage, if it is, the motor is broken. If not, the computer board is broken. If the motor keeps rotating, the Hall plate is detected. See if both ends of the line are normal. If there is always 5V voltage, the Hall plate is broken.
18) Failure phenomenon: no drying (other normal)
   Inspection part: (drying motor, computer board)
  Removal method: After confirming the correct seating, press the drying button to measure whether the drying motor plug has a DC 12V voltage. If there is, the drying motor is damaged, if not, the computer board is damaged.
19) Failure phenomenon: as long as the buttocks are flushed or the female-specific water pump has been working
   Inspection part: (water pressure, booster device, computer board, ceramic inner water pipe, solenoid valve)
Remedy: press the cleaning function after determining the correct seating, unplug the water pressure switch valve line on the computer board. If the water pump still works, the computer board is broken. If the water pump stops working, it means that the water pressure is not enough. Check the filter. If the valve is normal, check whether the water pipe is pressed or broken.
20) Failure phenomenon: The status indicator is all on, not working
